Treatment Outcomes
All treatments are provided following a full consultation and informed consent.
As individual results may vary, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. For this reason, all treatments are non-refundable once they have been carried out.
Deposits & Appointments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

Cancellations or missed appointments without sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit
Prepaid Treatments & Packages

All prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable

Treatments must be used within the specified timeframe (where applicable)
Suitability for Treatment
Patient safety is our priority. If, following consultation, you are deemed unsuitable for treatment, any payments made for that treatment will be fully refunded.
If you have started a course of treatments, only unused sessions may be considered for refund, at the clinic’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of your appointment. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Products
Skincare and retail products are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of the above terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of clinic management.
